Prohibited Items Policy
Last updated: Launch preview
Placeholder — not legal advice. This page is draft placeholder copy for launch and has not been reviewed or approved by a qualified South African legal professional. Its terms will not form a binding agreement until reviewed and finalised by ONEVISION GROUP (PTY) LTD with legal counsel before DashDrop goes live.
1. What we cannot deliver
We will not carry illegal goods, weapons, flammable or explosive materials, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, or any other items prohibited by South African law or by our internal prohibited-items list (admin-managed).
2. Valuable or fragile items
Fragile, bulky or high-value items should be sent with DashDelicate, which adds handle-with-care and special-handling handling. Standard DashParcel service may be refused for items that need special care.
3. Unlawful use
You are responsible for ensuring the item you send is lawful to transport. We may refuse, return or involve authorities for prohibited items without refund.
