Welcome to DashDrop, the local delivery service of ONEVISION GROUP (PTY) LTD, operating inBrits, North West. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

1. The service

DashDrop arranges delivery of food, parcels, errands and other items through our driver network. Delivery fees, including the DashMeals admin fee, errand fees and distance-based delivery fees, are shown to you before you confirm an order.

2. Orders

You're responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery details. Orders of 5 or more meals are treated as a group order and quoted separately. Fragile or high-value items can be sent with DashDelicate, which adds handle-with-care handling.

3. Payments

Payment methods and processing are being brought online in a later phase. Until then, no payments are collected through the website.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashDrop and ONEVISION GROUP (PTY) LTD are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a delivery. We recommend DashDelicate for fragile or valuable items.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
